These are worth every penny. The pack lasts a decent amount of time, even with frequent changes. I found that one pad would last me around 4-5 hours during the day, which is pretty good. Will buy again.

These pads are great for postpartum. The absorbency is excellent, and they really do keep you feeling dry and comfortable. The softness is amazing, especially when you're already feeling a bit delicate. The hydration lasted pretty much all day, which was a relief. Definitely recommend them.

Directions for use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Remove the individual pad from its packaging. 3. Peel off the protective backing strip from the wings and the pad. 4. Position the pad in the centre of your underwear, ensuring the wings fold over the edges. 5. Press firmly to secure the pad in place. 6. Wash your hands again after application.
