How to Use: 1. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper. 2. Peel off the paper backing to expose the adhesive strip. 3. Center the pad on your underwear, adhesive side down. 4. To dispose of the used pad, wrap it in the wrapper of the new pad or toilet paper and discard it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
