I've always had sensitive skin, and these pads are great! No irritation at all, unlike some other brands I've tried. Really good, as expected from Evax.

I have super sensitive skin and some pads can really irritate me, but these are great. No itching, no redness, nothing. They're thin enough that I don't feel like I'm wearing a diaper, but still absorbent enough to do the job. Definitely buying these again.

How to Use: 1. Remove the pad from its individual wrapper. 2. Peel off the paper backing to expose the adhesive strip. 3. Center the pad on your underwear, adhesive side down. 4. Fold the wings around the outside of your underwear and press them firmly to secure. 5. To dispose of the used pad, wrap it in the wrapper of the new pad or toilet paper and discard it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
Recommended Frequency: Change the pad every 4-8 hours, or more frequently as needed, depending on your flow. It is important to change the pad regularly to maintain hygiene and comfort.
Additional Tips: For optimal comfort, choose underwear that fits well and is made of breathable material. Ensure the wings are securely attached to prevent shifting.
