Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Gently blow your nose to clear any obstructions. 3. Open the Tonimer Nasal Gel Moisturizer tube. 4. Apply a small amount of gel to the tip of your finger. 5. Carefully insert your fingertip into your nostril. 6. Apply the gel to the inside of your nostril, coating the nasal mucosa. 7. Repeat steps 4-6 for the other nostril. 8. Gently massage the outside of your nose to distribute the gel evenly. 9. Close the tube tightly after each use.
Recommended Frequency: Apply Tonimer Nasal Gel Moisturizer as needed, typically 2-3 times per day, or as directed by your healthcare professional. You may apply it more frequently if experiencing excessive dryness or discomfort.
Additional Tips: For optimal results, use Tonimer Nasal Gel Moisturizer regularly, especially during periods of low humidity or when exposed to dry air (e.g., air conditioning, airplane travel).
Avoid touching the tip of the tube to avoid contamination.
