Directions for use: 1. Gently blow your nose before use. 2. Shake the bottle well. 3. Remove the protective cap. 4. Tilt your head slightly forward. 5. Insert the nozzle into one nostril and press firmly and quickly to deliver the spray. 6. Breathe in gently while spraying. 7. Repeat in the other nostril. 8. Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the protective cap.
Recommended frequency: Use 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril, up to 6 times per day, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not use for more than 5 consecutive days unless advised by a doctor.
Additional tips: For hygienic reasons, each bottle should be used by only one person. Do not share the nasal spray with others. Discard the bottle after 5 days of use, even if it is not empty.
