Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear nasal passages. 2. Remove the protective cap from the nasal spray bottle. 3. Hold the bottle upright and insert the nozzle into one nostril. 4. Close the other nostril with your finger. 5. While inhaling gently, press the pump firmly to deliver one spray into the nostril. 6. Repeat the process in the other nostril. 7. Replace the protective cap after each use.
