Directions for Use:
1. Open the pouch just before use. 2. Remove the heat wrap and peel away the paper backing. 3. Apply the adhesive side directly to the skin on the affected area, such as the lower back, neck, shoulder, or upper/lower leg. 4. Ensure the heat wrap lies flat and smooth against your skin. 5. Recommended Frequency:
