Instructions for use: 1. Hot application: Submerge the pack in boiling water for approximately 5-10 minutes. Remove with tongs or a similar utensil. Wrap in a thin towel to avoid direct contact with skin and prevent burns. 2. Cold application: Place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Wrap in a thin towel before applying to the affected area. 3. Apply the pack to the desired area for 15-20 minutes at a time.
Recommended frequency: Use as needed up to 3-4 times per day. Allow a cooling period of at least 20 minutes between applications.
Additional tips: 1. Do not apply the pack to broken skin or sensitive areas. 2. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. 3.
