How to Use: 1. Wash your hands and the Laselle Exerciser with warm water and a mild, pH-balanced soap. 2. Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the exerciser. 3. Insert the exerciser into your vagina, similar to inserting a tampon, until you feel it comfortably positioned. 4. Contract your pelvic floor muscles as if you are trying to stop the flow of urine. You should feel the exerciser move upwards. 5. Hold the contraction for a few seconds, then relax. 6. Repeat the exercise several times. 7. After use, remove the exerciser by pulling on the retrieval string. Wash thoroughly and allow to air dry.
