Una amiga que va al gym me lo recomendó para ayudarme con la retención de líquidos. Llevo una semana tomándolo, uno después de la comida y otro después de la cena, como me dijo. Noto que voy más al baño y me siento menos hinchada, así que de momento contenta. Seguiré usándolo a ver si veo más resultados.
