I've been using this tea for about two weeks now, and I'm genuinely impressed. I drink one cup in the morning and another in the afternoon. It has a subtle, pleasant taste – not overpowering at all. I've noticed a definite decrease in bloating and I feel less sluggish overall. It's a nice, gentle way to support my weight management goals. I appreciate that it's made with natural ingredients too.
