I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now, and honestly, I think they're helping me feel a bit more relaxed. I'm not saying it's a miracle cure, but I definitely notice a slight difference in my mood, especially in the evenings... which is great, because I'm usually pretty stressed after work. So yeah, pretty happy with them so far. Worth a try, I think.
