I was looking for something to help with occasional tension headaches, and a friend recommended this. I did a lot of comparing online, reading reviews and looking at ingredients lists of other supplements. This one seemed to have a good balance of ingredients and a reasonable price. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks now, and I think it's helping. It doesn't completely eliminate the headaches, but they seem less frequent and less intense.
