A friend recommended this lecithin to me for helping with my skin's overall appearance. I did a lot of research beforehand, comparing brands and reading reviews. I've been using it for a few weeks now, mixing it into my smoothies in the morning. It's subtle, but I think my skin does look a bit brighter. Hopefully, with continued use, I'll see even better results. So far, so good!
