How to take it?
Convalescence: when we get sick, the body and the immune system are depleted of vitamins and minerals to fight infection. It is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablet a day.

Overexertion: when we face a situation of physical or mental overexertion, vitamins and minerals are depleted and it is advisable to restore them. Who is it for?
For people who find themselves in periods and situations of extraordinary wear and tear. From 14 years of age, dissolved in a glass of 200 ml of water, preferably in the morning for 1-2 months.
