Directions for Use: 1. Take one capsule daily. 2. Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water. 3. Do not chew or crush the capsule. 4. Take preferably with breakfast or your main meal.

Ingredients: Ginseng extract G115, Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate), Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol), Vitamin E (as dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate), Vitamin B1 (as thiamine mononitrate), Vitamin B2 (as riboflavin), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), Nicotinamide, Calcium pantothenate, Biotin, Folic acid, Calcium (as calcium hydrogen phosphate), Iron (as ferrous fumarate), Magnesium (as magnesium oxide), Copper (as copper sulfate), Manganese (as manganese sulfate), Zinc (as zinc sulfate), Lecithin (soy), Gelatin, Glycerol, Yellow iron oxide, Red iron oxide, Titanium dioxide, Beeswax white, Hard paraffin. WARNINGS: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not intended for use by children under 12 years of age.
