Okay, so the packaging is actually pretty cool... it's like, minimalist but still feels kinda luxe, you know? The capsules themselves are easy to swallow, which is a plus 'cause some vitamins are HUGE. I haven't been taking them long enough to notice a HUGE difference, but I'm hoping they'll help with my energy levels, especially during the winter months. We'll see!

For the price, these are a good deal. I take one every morning with breakfast. It's an easy way to get my daily dose of vitamin D, especially since I live in a place that doesn't get a lot of sun. I can't say I've noticed any dramatic changes, but I feel good knowing I'm supporting my bone health.
