I've been using Neovital products for a while now, and I'm always impressed. I used to take their magnesium supplement, and it helped me a lot with muscle cramps. This Reishi Glucan is great too! I did a lot of research before choosing this supplement. I was looking for something to help with fatigue, especially after work. I really like that it contains both reishi and glucan. Seems to be helping me focus better in the evenings, so I can actually enjoy my hobbies.
