I switched to these from a well-known brand of women's multivitamins I'd been using for ages, and I'm pretty happy so far. I definitely feel like I have more energy throughout the day, which is a huge plus. My skin seems a bit clearer too, which is always welcome. The tablets are a little on the larger side, which can make them a bit difficult to swallow sometimes, but overall, I'm impressed. Good value for the price, especially with the extra tablets included in the pack.

For the price, this is a decent vitamin pack. I've been taking them for a month now and I do feel a bit more energetic, especially during my workouts. My only complaint is the size of the pills – they're quite large and sometimes hard to swallow. But overall, good value for money.
