Me las recomendó mi compi de la uni porque dice que le ayudan mucho en época de exámenes. Yo era un poco escéptica, pero la verdad es que noto que me concentro mejor cuando estudio. No sé si es placebo o no, pero por si acaso, ¡las seguiré tomando!

Antes tomaba unas cápsulas de otra marca, pero eran enormes y difíciles de tragar. Estas son más pequeñas y fáciles de tomar, aunque no sé si noto tanta diferencia en cuanto a resultados.
