Supradyn® Energy is a new generation of polyvitamins with minerals that complement your regular diet, helping to activate and maintain your energy and vitality throughout the day.
It contains 13 vitamins, 9 minerals and Coenzyme Q10. Contains B vitamins (B2, B6 and B12) that help normal energy metabolism and reduce tiredness and fatigue. Antioxidants that protect cells against oxidative damage such as vitamin C and E.

Directions for Use: 1. Take one tablet daily. 2. Swallow the tablet whole with water. 3. Do not chew or crush the tablet.

7. This product contains B vitamins which may cause your urine to turn a bright yellow colour. This is harmless and temporary.

Ingredients: Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium Phosphate), Magnesium Oxide, Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin E (DL-Alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate), Coenzyme Q10, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Talc), Glazing Agent (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Niacin (Nicotinamide), Iron Fumarate, Zinc Oxide, Pantothenic Acid (Calcium D-Pantothenate), Manganese Sulphate, Emulsifier (Polysorbate 80), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate), Copper Sulphate, Vitamin A (Retinyl Acetate), Folic Acid (Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid), Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenate, Biotin (D-Biotin), Vitamin K (Phytomenadione), Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Colourings (Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides).
