I spent ages comparing different Vitamin C supplements before settling on this one. What really sold it for me was the fact that it's effervescent – I struggle swallowing tablets sometimes, so this is much easier. Plus, the taste is actually pretty good, not too artificial like some others I tried. It gives me a nice energy boost in the mornings.
