Directions for Use: 1. Shake the ampoule before opening. 2. Using a paper towel, break off one tip of the ampoule. 3. Turn the ampoule over and break off the other tip, again using a paper towel. 4. Allow the liquid to flow into a glass. 5. Add water or fruit juice if desired. 6. Consume immediately after opening.
