For the price, these are great. I take one every morning with my breakfast. It's only been a month, but I feel a little more mobile, especially after my morning walk. Will definitely buy again if the effect continues!

I was a bit skeptical about plant-based D3, to be honest. But I needed something for my joints and thought I'd give it a try. It's been a few weeks, and I have noticed a slight improvement in my joint stiffness, especially after my morning walks. I'll keep using it and see how it goes.
