These are a bit pricey, but after a few weeks I do notice a difference in eye strain, especially after long days staring at a screen. I'd say they are worth the investment for eye health, but I wish they were a bit cheaper.

Pretty good, I think. I've noticed less eye strain after long days staring at screens. Only downside is the capsules are a little on the large side, making them slightly difficult to swallow. But overall, I'm happy with the purchase.
