Recuperat-Ion Fm Recuperat-ion Base Formula is a hypotonic drink with mineral salts scientifically formulated to obtain a deep remineralization of the muscles, thus restoring the ionic balance essential for proper muscle function in many situations. It is ideal since it provides liquids and mineral salts, provides essential ions for the neuromuscular junction, and restores muscle hydration. It is also recommended if you feel muscle discomfort, you feel generalized muscle fatigue, you experience situations of psychophysical stress, you have muscle contractions and cramps, postural problems or after periods of immobility. It is recommended for athletes to dilute 1 sachet of the drink with mineral salts in half a liter of water before and after exercise. In case of intense exercises or discomfort dilute 1 sachet in 1 liter of water and ingest for a long period of time.

Directions for Use: 1. Open one sachet of Esteve Recuperation Fm. 2. Dilute the contents of the sachet in water. For before and after exercise, dilute one sachet in half a liter (500ml) of water. 3. For intense exercise or muscle discomfort, dilute one sachet in one liter (1000ml) of water. 4. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved. 5. Drink the solution.


Recommended Frequency: Before and after exercise, or as needed for muscle discomfort. For intense exercise or prolonged discomfort, consume one liter throughout the activity or period of discomfort.


Additional Tips: For optimal results, consume the prepared solution immediately after mixing. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. This product is intended to support muscle function and hydration and is not a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
