Directions for Use: 1. Take one Supradyn Sleep Forte+ tablet approximately 30 minutes before your intended bedtime.
2. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablet. 3. For optimal results, take the tablet at the same time each night to help regulate your sleep cycle.


Recommended Frequency: Take one tablet daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose.


Additional Tips: 1. Establish a regular sleep schedule. Go to bed and wake up around the same time each day, even on weekends, to help regulate your body's natural sleep-wake cycle. 2. Create a relaxing bedtime routine. This could include taking a warm bath, reading a book, or listening to calming music. 3. Make sure your bedroom is dark, quiet, and cool. These conditions are ideal for promoting restful sleep. 4. Avoid caffeine and alcohol before bed. These substances can interfere with sleep. 5. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 18 years of age, consult your doctor before using this product. 6. Keep out of reach of children. 7. Ingredients: Melatonin, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide), L-Theanine, Chamomile Extract (Matricaria recutita), Passionflower Extract (Passiflora incarnata), Valerian Root Extract (Valeriana officinalis), Griffonia Seed Extract (Griffonia simplicifolia) (standardized to 5-HTP), Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol), Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose Sodium, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Film Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Titanium Dioxide, Polyethylene Glycol). WARNINGS: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age, or individuals with known medical conditions.
