I spray this on my pillow and around my room about 30 minutes before I go to sleep. The lavender scent is really calming, and it seems to help me drift off easier. I like that it's not overpowering.

I was skeptical about this kind of product. The packaging is nice and the scent is pleasant, but I'm still not 100% sure if it's making a huge difference to my sleep... perhaps a little.
