Directions for Use: 1. Carefully twist or cut open one pearl. 2. Swallow the contents of the pearl. Do not chew the pearl itself. 3. Take with a glass of water if desired.


Recommended Frequency: Take one to two pearls up to three times per day, as needed. Do not exceed six pearls per day.


Additional Tips: For best results, take the pearls after meals.
