Okay, so my friend told me these were a game changer for sleep... I'm usually skeptical, but I was desperate. First night, I took one and... well, I actually slept through the night! I've been taking them for a week now, and I'm waking up feeling way more rested. I don't know if it's a placebo effect or what, but I'm not complaining.
