Poppy is known for its relaxing properties and helps to calm stomach pain associated with nervousness. Finally, vitamin B3 complements this formula by contributing to the normal functioning of the nervous system and promoting normal psychological functions. Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Hold the bottle upright. 3. Spray directly into your mouth. 4. Do not inhale while spraying.


Recommended Frequency: Take 3 to 6 sprays before a stressful event or after experiencing recent stress.
Repeat if necessary, up to a maximum of 4 times per day.


Additional Advice: This product is a food supplement and should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or in children under 12 years old without prior medical consultation.
