I spent ages looking at different relaxation supplements. The packaging on this one looked really appealing, and the ingredients list seemed solid. So far, so good! I've been taking them for a week and I feel much calmer in the evenings before bed.

I'm a big fan of Deiters already, their vitamin C is amazing. These are good too, maybe not as strong as some sleeping pills, but a much healthier option. Definitely worth the price.
