I've been using Bensana products for a while now and I'm generally very happy with them. I used to take another brand's melatonin, but I found that it left me feeling groggy in the morning. This one doesn't! I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go. Plus, the tablets are small and easy to swallow, which is a bonus. Definitely recommend if you're struggling to get a good night's sleep.
