I was pretty skeptical about these, to be honest. A friend kept raving about them, so I thought I'd give them a try. I've struggled with sleep for ages. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. They don't knock me out, but I definitely feel more relaxed and fall asleep easier. I wake up feeling more rested too.
