I've been using this vegetable broth for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed. I add a spoonful to my water bottle before my morning run. It really helps to keep me hydrated, especially in the summer heat. It doesn't have a strong taste, which is great, and it feels much healthier than sugary sports drinks. Plus, it's organic, which is a big plus for me.
