My sister-in-law recommended this, said it helped her a lot with... well, you know. So I thought I'd give it a try. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and I think it's actually making a difference. I feel less bloated, and my skin looks a bit clearer, maybe? It's not a miracle cure, but it seems to be helping, which is good enough for me!
