Directions for Use: 1. Take one tablet daily. 2. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. 3. Do not chew or crush the tablet. 4. Take preferably with a meal.

WARNINGS: High doses of Vitamin C may cause mild digestive discomfort, including diarrhea, nausea, or abdominal cramps, particularly in sensitive individuals.
