I've been taking this chamomile tea for a while now, and I must say, I'm pretty impressed. It really helps me wind down before bed... I usually have a cup after dinner. The taste is nice and mild, not too overpowering, which is a plus for me. Overall, a good product.

1. Place one La Leonesa Chamomile filter in a cup.
2. Pour boiling water (approximately 8 oz/250 ml) over the filter.
