Arkopharma Cardo Mariano are ampoules that help detoxify the body, mainly the liver as it helps to synthesise fats, carbohydrates, lipids and proteins. Milk thistle is a plant used to filter toxins from the body and its fruit contains three active ingredients: silybin, silcristin and silidianin, which form a hepatoprotective complex acting directly on liver cells, regenerating them and combating hepatotoxic substances. Formulated with: Milk thistle, which helps detoxify the liver, eliminating toxins. Desmodium and Rosemary, which contribute to liver function.

How to Use: 1. Take one ampoule per day. 2. Before opening the ampoule, shake it well. 3. Break one tip of the ampoule using a tissue. 4. Break the other tip. 5. Pour the contents of the ampoule into half a glass of water (approximately 125 ml). 6. Drink immediately.


Recommended Frequency: It is recommended to take one ampoule daily for a period of 20 days. This can be repeated several times a year, if necessary, especially during periods of detoxification or after dietary excesses. A break of at least one week between courses is advised.

  • I was looking at different milk thistle supplements for ages, trying to decide which one to go with. A friend of mine, she's really into natural remedies, recommended Arkopharma. I've been taking it for a couple of weeks now and I think I'm starting to see a difference in my skin. It feels less congested and has a bit more of a glow.
