I've been using these drops for a couple of cycles now, and I have noticed a definite improvement in my PMS symptoms. The cramps are less intense, and I don't feel as irritable. It's a bit pricey, but honestly, if it keeps working this well, it's worth it. My only slight complaint is the taste, it's a little strong, but it's easy enough to get past.
