Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. To prepare one serving, add 5 level scoops (approximately 49g) of PediaSure Teen Balance Vanilla powder to 200ml of cold or lukewarm water. 3. Stir or shake vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved. 4. Consume immediately after preparation. Do not reheat or boil the prepared drink.


Recommended Frequency: 1-2 servings per day to supplement the diet and help meet nutritional needs. PediaSure Teen Balance can be incorporated into a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

WARNINGS: Not for children under 1 year of age. Not for use in individuals with galactosemia. Use under medical supervision for children with cow’s milk protein allergy. Not for parenteral (IV) use.   • I'm a big fan of Pediasure products, and this one doesn't disappoint. It's a great nutritional boost for my teenager. It's not quite as versatile as the regular Pediasure shakes, but still a solid choice. Definitely recommend if your teen needs a little extra help getting their nutrients.
