I used to get a different brand, but these are much easier to swallow. I'm pretty happy, though I wish the bottle was easier to open, I have arthritis in my hands.

I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now, and I think I'm starting to notice a slight improvement in my joint stiffness. They're easy to swallow, which is a plus. My only minor complaint is the slightly chalky aftertaste. Otherwise, pretty good so far.

I've been taking these for about a month now, hoping they'd help with some knee pain I've been having after my runs. I definitely feel a difference, especially after longer distances. I take one in the morning with breakfast and another before bed. I do wish they had a slightly higher dose of glucosamine, but overall, I'm pleased.
