I've been taking these brewer's yeast tablets for about a month now, hoping to improve my hair and nails. I think I'm seeing a slight difference in nail strength, which is great. My hair seems a bit shinier too. The tablets are a bit on the large side, which can be a pain to swallow, but overall, I'm happy with the results so far. I'll keep using them and see if the improvements continue.
