I've been using Lynfase for about three weeks now, and I'm starting to notice a difference, especially in how my clothes fit around my waist. I wasn't expecting miracles, but the subtle reduction in bloating and water retention is definitely noticeable. The taste is okay, a little earthy, but easily masked if you mix it with juice or a smoothie. I think consistency is key with this product.

Instructions for use
