For the price, these are pretty good. I've been taking them for a few weeks now and I do feel a bit calmer. Not a miracle cure, obviously, but a noticeable difference. My only slight complaint is the size of the capsules – they're a bit on the large side and can be tricky to swallow sometimes. Otherwise, happy with the purchase.
