Okay, so I've been taking these for about a month now... and I think I'm seeing some baby hairs popping up? It's hard to tell for sure, but my hair definitely feels stronger, less breakage when I brush it, which is a win in my book. I just wish the capsules were a bit smaller, they're kinda hard to swallow, haha.

I'm a big fan of Complidermol products, I've used their shampoo before and loved it. These capsules seem to be working well, my hair feels healthier. I think it's a bit early to see a huge difference in hair loss, but I'm hopeful! Definitely worth trying if you're already a fan of the brand.
