My doctor actually suggested I try glucosamine and chondroitin for my joints. I looked at quite a few different brands online before settling on this one. The price was good, and the reviews seemed decent. So far, I'm happy. It's been about a month, and I think I'm noticing a difference. Not a miracle cure, but definitely improved.
