I've been taking these for a month now, specifically for some stiffness in my knees. I can't say it's a miracle cure, but I've definitely noticed a slight improvement in my mobility first thing in the morning. I'll keep taking them and see if the effects increase over time.

I'm a big fan of Arkopharma and have used their other supplements before. This turmeric and piperine combo seems to be working well for my joints. Not as fast-acting as some of their other products, but still good.
