Ordered this last week, arrived super fast. Been taking it for five days now, and my knees feel noticeably better. I can actually go for my walks again without feeling like I'm 90 years old. No side effects so far, which is a bonus. Will definitely buy again.

Easy to mix, tastes fine (a bit orangey), and seems to be helping. I take one sachet in the morning with water after breakfast. Less stiffness in my hands already.
