I was looking for a magnesium oil for ages and finally settled on this one. The smell is quite strong at first, a bit medicinal, but it fades quickly. I don't mind it, but some might find it overpowering.

How to use: 1. Spray the magnesium oil directly onto the affected area, such as joints, muscles, or ligaments. 2. Gently massage the oil into the skin until fully absorbed. 3. For joint pain, muscle stiffness, or circulatory problems, apply as needed. 4. To prepare for physical activity, apply to the relevant areas before exercise. 5.
